Judges' Comments
We encountered works that overflow with a sense of human kindness, as well as works that inspire a feeling of hope.
While the environments in which children live vary around the world, the thoughts they experience in their daily lives and the feelings shaped through their own experiences are powerfully conveyed through the drawings they created with such dedication.
