Anybody-can-drive Fluffy car

Concept

I have a disability and cannot drive as an adult. But I love cars and my father always takes me for a drive. My idea of a car has tyres on all sides, so it can be driven in any direction, and it is soft like a cloud, so no one gets hurt even if it hits someone. If there was a car like this, I could drive it.

You can tell that the artist has thoughtfully considered how to convey his vision.
