Concept
My car can fly like a plane or a helicopter and it can ski on snow, ice or water. It can drive just like a normal car. It does not let out gases but is powered by the suns energy, so it doesn't kill the environment. The helicopter blades can also turn into a propeller so you can drive underwater like a sub.
