The Pro-Peace Car

This car didn't come about through ordinary generic thoughts but a close inspection at the world's situation presently; on a solution the world desperately needs. There are talks of terrorist groups sweeping around the globe and shaking it over, as well as news about killings and bombings. The Pro-Peace Car not only incapacitates but also captures dangerous terrorists and cares for victims. It is an epitome of peace with a large peace symbol adorning its front (a nice peace bow). The sack labelled "captured terrorist" keeps the terrorist contained. The second arm is spraying some fluids on the terrorists to incapacitate them and their weapons temporarily so that they are not killed. The third arm catches the terrorists and put them in a sack while the fourth arm cares for the victims. The car can climb and crawl and it is bullet proof. It is also solar powered.
