Flying Rescue Car

Concept

We had very bad snow storm in Canada's east coast this year. Many people got stuck in snow and cold, while waiting many hours for rescue. My dream car is a Flying Rescue Car that can carry out rescue mission in the air. It is fast and stable, thanks to its specially designed wings and engine. It has antennas to search for life, and 'beam' them up into the vehicle without landing. For those who are not in emergency need, it can disribute all kinds of goodie packs, such as food, music, hand warmers, etc., to keep them warm and their hope alive.
