Concept
Serves to make people happy. He shoots a rainbow with a projector that is in front of the car with images of people all of them playing and dancing together and happy. This car is powered with solar energy and street water and it visits differents cities. Produce a rainbow with water and lights with solar energy and then the images are projected and people are happy to see them because they are cute images.
