My intergalactic whale, cleans the water from the seas, rivers and air from the atmosphere. Generating water for human consumption and irrigation of plants; with the strength of its solar panels and cooling power, it generates rains to avoid droughts. Can go by land ,air and sea to all parts of the planet.
