Turtle Car, the Sea Creator

Concept

One day, I had a chance to go to the sea with my parents but there were no beautiful coral reefs in the sea like we've seen on TV. There was plenty of rubbish. So I want to build a turtle car that could help collect rubbish in the sea, turning rubbish into beautiful coral reefs and bringing little fish back to revitalize the beauty of the sea.
