Concept
The note car performance is inspired by the windmill that could produce electrical energy, from which this note car uses power to move. This note car doesn't cause pollution, it emits a beautiful music instead. These notes could be arranged by its driver and anything passes the car through would be happy because of the sound of music from this car.
