Concept
It has a vacuum that pick up the gases that cause global warming; it also has a collection grid that picks up the garbage from the floor, rivers and oceans. The waste and polluting gasses enter into the car and pass through a magic system that convert it into: pure air, organic crops fertilizer and blocks to construct decent housing for people.
